A privacy-first, locally hosted AI assistant built from scratch. Handles email triage, task management, daily digests, and outreach tracking — no cloud subscriptions, all data on-device.
Designed and built a privacy-first, locally hosted AI assistant running on a Lenovo server via Docker Desktop. FORGE handles automated email triage, task management, daily digest generation, and outreach tracking — no cloud subscriptions, all data stored locally.
Architected a multi-service Docker stack, developed 21 MCP tools, built a Gmail classification engine with priority bucketing and VIP contact injection, and integrated a deploy/rollback pipeline. The most technically complex system I’ve built independently — runs in production daily.

2023 — 2025 · CTX Development / ColivingCasa
Led engineering and operations of a $1M+ portfolio of six residential conversion and renovation projects in Austin, TX — including a full gut-renovation of a fire-damaged property originally scheduled for demolition.
Co-owned and operated a $1M+ portfolio of six residential conversion and renovation projects in Austin, TX. Converted five single-family homes into 11+ bedroom coliving properties, including permitting, bathroom and bedroom additions, and structural modifications to IBC/IRC standards across three jurisdictions.
Led full gut-renovation of a fire-damaged West Oak Hills property originally slated for demolition, covering foundation repair, post-tension cable work, roof truss drafting and installation, full MEP replacement, 25% structural reframe, and pool installation.
Commercial Construction
Jan 2022 — Apr 2023 · Skybeck Construction
Project Engineer I on a 334-unit, $100M+ multifamily development in Pflugerville, TX.
Project Engineer I on a 334-unit, $100M+ multifamily development — 11 buildings, amenity/leasing center, pool, and maintenance facility. In week one, identified a duplicated Fire Riser Room before foundations were poured, avoiding a costly change order.

2021 · Texas A&M / Pacific Northwest National Laboratory
Senior capstone tasked by PNNL to redesign the Tritium Producing Burnable Absorber Rod. Achieved 26–43% volume reduction while maintaining structural integrity.
Led mechanical design, SolidWorks modeling, and physical load testing. Achieved 26–43% volume reduction while maintaining equivalent structural integrity and factor-of-safety. Validated using stainless-steel surrogate prototypes when Zircaloy-4 was unavailable.
Engineering · Internship
Summer 2021 · Oceaneering International
Engineering internship supporting development of the T-ROV, a precision automated vehicle designed to connect to rockets and offload volatile fuel.
Supported development of the T-ROV within Oceaneering’s New Projects Department. Reviewed SolidWorks assemblies, diagnosed high-voltage and fiber-optic connection issues, oversaw umbilical production, and performed on-site QC inspections on Liquid Oxygen Diffusion Funnel components.
/ About
I’m a mechanical engineer with a hands-on background spanning construction, steel fabrication, oil and gas pipeline robotics, and real estate development. My career has kept me at the intersection of engineering, execution, and stakeholder coordination — working alongside project managers, subcontractors, designers, and end users to get things built and running.
I’m now directing my focus toward prosthetics and assistive technology. The gap between what’s possible and what’s accessible is wide, especially for children and veterans. I want to help close it by working on devices that are functional, manufacturable, and affordable for the people who need them most.
My technical foundation includes materials science, mechanics of materials, dynamic systems, thermofluids, and controls — with tools like SolidWorks, MATLAB, and Simulink. Comfortable in Python, Java, and LabVIEW, and have applied Agile and TQM frameworks in both engineering and operational contexts.
Outside of work: golf, classic cars, camping, and national parks. Rocky, Winry, and Nyx make sure I don’t spend too much time at the desk.
